Everyone Should Be Able to Get Help
Accessibility Statement
We want everyone to be able to use this website and reach help for a rodent problem, including people who use assistive technology.
Our goal
We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level where we reasonably can. Accessibility is ongoing work, and we keep improving the site as we learn.
What we’ve done
- Readable text sizes and strong color contrast on buttons and headings
- A layout that works on phones, tablets, and desktops, and can be zoomed
- Clear headings in a logical order so screen readers can move through pages
- Descriptive text for images
- Call buttons that work as standard phone links
- Question-and-answer sections that open and close using a keyboard
Known limits
Some content, like images with text in them, may not be fully accessible yet. We’re working on it.
The easiest way to get help
If any part of this website is hard to use, the phone number on every page connects you with a real person who can help you get a rodent control appointment without using the site.
Report a problem
If you run into an accessibility issue, please let us know through our Contact page. Tell us the page and what went wrong, and we’ll do our best to fix it.
Norvane Rodent Control is a free referral service. Calls are connected to independent, licensed pest control providers serving the Twin Cities. We do not perform pest control services ourselves. Learn more.
